Meet Chef Patrick Nickel.

Tell us a bit about yourself and how your cooking journey started!

I really loved watching Alton Brown and Anthony Bourdain growing up and learning the science of food from J Kenji Lopez-Alt. Lots of my influence is from different YouTube chefs and binge watching the Food Network as a kid/teenager. I have worked in several restaurants and breweries in Tulsa and Broken Arrow. I love making a fresh pasta and using simple ingredients in ways to elevate them.
