Sufra

Sufra is a set menu dining experience led by chefs Daniel Ackermann and Rachael Wilson. It’s offered on Saturdays as a part of our et al. Dinner series. 

The word sufra is a word for a shared meal that brings with it the spirit of generous hospitality, which we felt perfectly encapsulated the sentiment we intend to share through this dining experience.  This meal is all about bringing the community together at the table to share delicious food.  We’ve worked on a variety of accompaniments to highlight everything, from seasonal vegetables to slow cooked brisket, and house-made merguez sausages, employing traditional Eastern Mediterranean spreads and sauces as well as modern takes on classics that emphasize the bold spice combinations of the region.
